As a Cold Caller and Appointment Setter for LCMD Construction Software, I proactively reached out to 300 project managers daily and superintendents weekly, pitching the software’s benefits to streamline project management and scheduling demo calls for the sales manager to close deals. Using my personal dialer, Google Sheets for tracking, and Microsoft Teams for coordination, I consistently secured 15-20 demos per week, achieving a 5-7% conversion rate. This approach generated a steady pipeline of qualified leads, directly contributing to LCMD’s sales growth and revenue.
